Family trauma can shape us in subtle and unconscious ways. Just as we inherit physical traits, we may also carry emotional imprints, unresolved grief, fears, or coping strategies that did not begin with us. These inherited patterns can appear as relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, addictions, financial struggles, chronic tension, or a sense of not fully belonging.
Through this work, we gently uncover what has been hidden, unspoken, or carried on behalf of others. We explore systemic dynamics, invisible loyalties, and the deeper roots of recurring patterns. By acknowledging and allowing what has been held or suppressed, healing and reconnection become possible, creating more freedom, choice, and inner peace.
