Family Constellations

I offer family constellations private sessions. This work is an invitation to explore generational patterns and inherited family trauma that manifest in relationships, recurring emotions, addictions, and life cycles. This work offers compassionate guidance to bring clarity and healing to you, your lineage and future generations.

 

Inherited family trauma often shapes our lives in unseen ways, compelling us to unconsciously relive the fears, anxieties, and struggles of our ancestors. Just as we inherit facial features or hair colour, unresolved traumas are passed down through cellular memory, manifesting as repeating patterns—whether in relationships, financial struggles, chronic illness, or emotional burdens. ​

This work brings to light unconscious patterns, ruptures in attachment, hidden loyalties, systemic entanglements, and inherited burdens. By giving voice to what has long remained unspoken and allowing ourselves to feel what has been suppressed, we open the door to healing, liberation, and a renewed sense of belonging within ourselves and our lineage.

Family Constellations helps us break free from cycles of suffering by revealing the deep connection between our challenges and our ancestral lineage. We are far more interconnected with our family system than we often realize. These sessions offer opportunities for new insights, emotional releases, and transformation.
